I use a MacBook Pro 2015 dual booting with Windows 10 too, but I luckily not experiencing this issue. Microsoft has very limited control over how Apple provides driver support for Windows 10 on Macs. The possible issue here is, Apple is likely not prioritizing engineering and assembling newer drivers because its not a focus. This software is automatically downloaded when you use Boot Camp Assistant. Boot Camp supports 64-bit versions of Windows 10 when used with a supported Mac. Here's the Compatibility Charts for Windows 7. The MacBook Pro Late 2011 is not listed on the Windows 10 compatibility charts.

I deleted all partitions from a MacBook Pro and installed Windows 8 on it from a disk, then upgraded to Windows 10.
However, after running Windows Update, it still lacks drivers for WiFi, audio, the touchpad, and a few other devices. I can't seem to find those drivers available for download from any official sources. And all the info I can find about it assumes that I left the BootCamp partition intact (which I did not).
To further complicate things, I do not know exactly which model of the MacBook Pro it is. I have found this compatibility table, but not to much use.
How to get it working?
